Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Information Security GRC Senior Manager to join their dynamic team. Position responsibilities:
Create and execute a complete IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance plan Stay updated on industry best practices for regulatory, privacy, and security issues Join a technology risk steering committee Work with other departments and stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks Create and execute a privacy program with policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard personal and sensitive information Protect information with data classification, loss prevention, and records retention enforcement Plan security audits, compliance checks, and external assessments Lead risk analysis and security improvement programs across the organization Guide GRC team efforts in documenting and enforcing security enhancements Be the main contact for risk awareness and vendor risk assessment processes Work with internal and external auditors and provide disaster recovery leadership Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (an advanced degree is preferred). 5+ year of experience in Information Security, with at least 3 years in GRC. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of information security principles, best practices, and frameworks (such as NIST, SOC 2, and CMMC.). Proven experience in risk management, including conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies. Experience in managing and coordinating internal and external audits and compliance assessments. $140,000 - $150,000 a year
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
