As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled Information Security Technology Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

As an Information Security Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. You will play a critical role in identifying potential security risks, developing and implementing security measures, and monitoring our systems for any potential threats. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data

- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential threats

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture

- Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a security-conscious culture

- Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our systems and processes

- Conduct incident response and management in the event of a security breach

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incidents

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, preferably in a corporate environment

- Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and best practices

- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners

- Familiarity with security frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus
