Job Title: Information Systems & Technology Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Information Systems & Technology Support Specialist to assist the Manager of Information Systems & Technology in developing, installing, and maintaining our organization’s computer system networks, security, and telephone systems. This role encompasses local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that hardware and software operate effectively within the established requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines for all Longchamp US and Canada locations. Additionally, this position will provide guidance to the Deskside Support Specialist as needed and requires being on call 24/7 for emergencies, with occasional nights and weekends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of computer system networks and security protocols.

- Ensure the proper functioning of hardware and software across all locations.

- Collaborate with the Manager of Information Systems & Technology to meet organizational goals.

- Provide support and guidance to the Deskside Support Specialist.

- Respond to emergency situations as needed, including being on call 24/7.

- Participate in occasional night and weekend work as required.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies.

- Experience with network security and data communication systems.

- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed.
