Information Systems Implementer

abra is seeking an Information Systems Implementer

The role includes:

• Handling system maintenance, including change requests, fault analysis, and process optimization.
• Translating complex business needs into detailed technical requirements and functional specifications.
• Coordinating between internal stakeholders, IT/System teams, and external software vendors.
• Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of system updates: development monitoring, testing, implementation, and user support.

Full-time position located in Petah Tikva.

• 3+ years of experience in information systems implementation and maintenance
• Proven experience working with technical vendors and IT/System teams
• Strong technical orientation and a solid understanding of computing infrastructure
• Analytical mindset with high-level problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the Insurance sector – a significant advantage.
