What you'll do as an Information Technologist 2:
Under the direction of assigned supervisor within the Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS), Information Technology Office (ITO), provide Tier II maintenance & documentation support to Law Enforcement information system users &/or IT specialists & generate enhancements for existing infrastructure, software or database systems in compliance with specifications & standards.
Perform analyses & guide end users through troubleshooting procedures using diagnostic techniques.
Utilize software tools (i.e., Microsoft Tools) to inspect databases.
Installation & configuration of desktop software & hardware.
