REQUIREMENTS
- Professional Experience:
- 10+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in mid-to-large IT services companies (500–5000+ employees).
- 5+ years managing multi-functional IT teams and managers (20+ people).
- Hands-on experience in ERP or enterprise systems transformation (Workday preferred).
- Experience managing complex projects, budgets, vendors, and international operations.
- Technical & Process Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, solution design, and integration.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2.
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and tools (e.g., ITIL, service catalog design).
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and systems implementation lifecycles.

- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as IT co-lead and architect for the Workday ERP implementation program, overseeing integrations, testing readiness, and transition to support
- Lead internal IT operations across infrastructure, IT operations, and corporate systems to ensure business continuity and high service levels
- Own the development of the IT support model for the new application portfolio
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture documentation and standards
- Prepare and align mid- to long-term IT roadmaps and budgets (e.g., 2026–2028)
- Lead the renegotiation of agreements with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Guide modernization of hybrid cloud infrastructure, including VPC and ITSM service models
- Develop and mentor IT managers, fostering delivery-oriented teams
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, translating business goals into IT priorities and proposals
- Maintain compliance with quality (ISO 9001), information security (ISO 27001/SOC2), internal policies, and external audits
