Required:- Bachelor Degree in an engineering or STEM related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of applicable engineer experience in testing, systems engineering, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or other engineering field.
Job Description:- Leadership of product testing, working in collaboration with other for test planning, coordinating, setup, execution, data reduction, test reporting, and post-data processing.
- Leadership in integration of products to test tooling, software, equipment, and instrumentation.
- Leadership in test data collection, post-test data review, reporting
- Support test requirements verification.
Plusses, “preferred” or "nice to have" (NOT required):- 5+ years of test engineering-specific experience
- Proficiency in test automation software (i.e., LabVIEW or other) for product testing
- Proficiency in measuring and controlling various electronic components
- Experience with motors, actuators, positional sensing devices, load transducers
- Experience in aerospace or aeronautical industry
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining and finishing
