Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the IT Manager:
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
Implement security measures.
Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
Offer technical support to company staff of phone systems and troubleshoot phone system problems.
Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including operating systems, software, programming, and networking
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Keen attention to detail
Good organization, time management and prioritization
Efficient troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication skills
Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

preferred , Associate of Science in Information Technology required. 3-5 Years experience in Information Technology also required.
