IT Service Desk Manager
for a full time position. Location:
Charlotte, NC - Uptown
3 days onsite/2 days remote ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCAL TO CHARLOTTE - MUST BE ONSITE FROM DAY 1 - relocation assistance is NOT available DIRECT HIRE - Benefits and bonus potential available
Starting Salary: $110k+
Requirements: 4+ years of Service Desk experience and 2+ years leading/managing team of service desk specialists (this will be a team of 15 that sits globally) Must have INTUNE and SCCM experience Windows 11 & Microsoft O365 exprience required VDI tool experience (preferably Citrix AVD) Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
Job details: This role will focus on managing the team, enhancing technical expertise, and driving innovation within the Cloud & Enterprise Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, possess a blend of first and second-line technical skills, and demonstrate expertise in key technologies such as SCCM/Intune, Windows 11, O365, and VDI (Citrix AVD). by Jobble
