Key Responsibilities

• Maintain SFIS services, including process oversight and device troubleshooting
• Oversee IT equipment, including networks, servers, and server room facilities
• Manage network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ISP circuit troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills
• Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred
• 3 years of experience in OA maintenance
• 3 years of experience in basic network maintenance skills
• 3 years of experience in Server maintenance experience

• System Administration: Windows, Linux, macOS environment
• Network Management: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,VPN. Routing. Switching
• Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Goggle Cloud (deployment, monitoring, identify management)
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)
• Security Fundamentals: Firewalls, endpoint protection, identity access management, MFA
• IT Service Management: Incident, problem, and change management
• Hardware support: Servers, workstations, peripherals, mobile devices
• Software Deployment & Patch Management: SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar tools
• Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python (basic to intermediate)
• Monitoring & Diagnostic: Tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog, Splunk
• Backup & Recovery: Disaster recovery planning, backup systems. Data retention policies
