MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent training and experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Municipal or County government experience

Certifications for Networking, Microsoft, Cybersecurity or similar

Two years experience providing IT support in a professional setting

Experience working with Laserfiche, Fortinet, O365, Avigilon Alta, Crowdstrike, AV systems

Experience working with IT ticket systems
