Information Technology Tech/Help Desk at Samsung

Job Position: IT Hardware tech

Location: Austin, Texas 78754

Pay rate: $20 - $22 per hour, rate increases in respect to experience.

Shift: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

A+ Certification or prior physical

Perform PC Installs

PC Relocations

PC Removals and minor repairs

PC prep and configuration

PC Hardware Support

Documentation and maintenance 5S environment

Teamwork and customer service is required

Previous computer hardware experience is a plus with the basic knowledge of technical support.

Technician must be able to walk 2+ miles a day, lift 30 lbs, and have excellent time management.

Technician will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to seek team improvement projects while fulfilling customer requests.
