If you want to be challenged to up your game and make a difference, then join us in giving the world reason to cheer!Position Summary:The InfoSec Program Manager (PM) is responsible for initiation, planning, coordination, execution, control, and completion of projects within the information security and compliance team, working closely with the other departmental Project Managers, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The Program Manager will run all team stand-ups and project meetings and manage the work backlog to ensure that deadlines are met, and tasks are completed in line with business priorities.The Program Manager will ensure projects meet deadlines; accurately document and report project status; oversee all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget; have overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. In addition, the Program Manager will assist the VP of GRC with process improvements and contribute to the maturation of the teams project management and delivery approach. Essential Functions:Responsible for making the delivery of project goals your own, using your PM skills and expertise to influence project stakeholders to complete project tasks on time and on budget.Serve as a subject matter expert on the project scope, asking questions wherever necessary and finding solutions to problems proactively.Take the initiative wherever there are gaps and/or differences in the scope and/or planned activities, and seek to bring clarity and consensus independently.Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, with strong attention to detail, and extremely high-quality work outputs.Learn and adhere to detailed organizational documentation standardsMaintain a strong commitment process-based governance, including change control, versioning, and configuration managementExhibit an attitude of continuous improvement, both for your work and the organizations outputsTake responsibility to be an ambassador both for AEG and AEG Global Technology, setting a positive and professional example to everyone you deal withAlways remember that our primary objective in everything we do is to exceed our customers expectations, both internally and externallyEffectively manage scope and dependencies. Ensure that the project is delivered to time, cost and quality.Understand the business outcomes intended by the project and ensure project activities incorporate and help to achieve them.Take responsibility for third-party suppliers delivering into the project, manage their progress, and ensure they remain on trackPrepare, maintain and submit clear & concise project status, activity/progress and other management reports.Seek to discover potential problems before they occur, by building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders across the projectCommunicate with both technical colleagues and non-technical executive-level stakeholders, and translate between them into laymans terms where necessaryProduce project status reports at any time by having real-time project performance information on scope, time, and cost at your fingertips.Manage and communicate changes to project scope and ensure approval is provided where required.Identify risks and issues and proactively mitigate/resolve them; and be able to escalate risks and issues to project governance in a timely way, appropriately summarizing the context based on the audience.Engage with and conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and vary the language used as required Required Qualifications:6-8 years of Project Management experienceExperience delivering enterprise-wide projectsExperience in ISO 27001 and ISO 27002 a plusExperience in various Project Management methodologies; Waterfall, AgileKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project managementKnowledge of project management techniques and tools; Scrum, KanbanProficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISO, SharePoint, TeamsStrong analytical skills, with high aptitude in Microsoft ExcelGood understanding of enterprise applications, business processes and business requirement analysisDemonstrably intellectually curious, with an enthusiasm to ask questions and gain deeper understanding wherever possibleExceptional time management skills with the ability to identify and manage prioritiesSelf-directed, proactive, and able to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization and change management skillsStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with people of varying roles and seniorityExcellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of overall IT, information security and complianceCertified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMIISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification a plusPay Scale: $76.00/ph - $85.00/phAEG reserves the right to change or modify the employees job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
