Infrastructure Engineer - Collaborative Environment

We are currently seeking an onsite Infrastructure Engineer for a long-term contract opportunity in Princeton, NJ. The Infrastructure Engineer will help support, enhance, and stabilize company infrastructure, networking, telephony, and end user computing services across a portfolio of growth-oriented companies. In this role, the Infrastructure Engineer will help improve platform stability, modernize older infrastructure and processes, and support business capabilities throughout the organization.

Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 2 days a week onsite. Work hours 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Note: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future on W2. Not open to 1099 or C2C.

Responsibilities:

·        Propose, plan, oversee, and implement infrastructure projects that enable our business while thinking in an Enterprise mindset.

·        Track and manage system availability.

·        Maintain IT policies and operational procedures.

·        Ensure compliance with all industry best practices in line with relevant regulatory requirements.

·        Accountable for continuous operation and maintenance of IT systems and associated site infrastructure.

Qualifications:

·        5 years of IT Infrastructure support experience.

·        Experience managing global enterprise infrastructure solutions.

·        Experience managing M365 Environments including Intune (Device Management), Identities, and messaging.

·        Experience managing Domains.  Migration from On-Prem to Azure joined machines a plus.

·        Experience Managing network devices and routing.  Meraki experience is a plus

·        Knowledge of Telephony and integration with Teams

·        Understanding information security, compliance, and privacy requirements for delivering data and analytics projects is a plus.

·        Experience with Endpoint management tools such as Ivanti, NexThink, and Intune is a plus.

·        Understanding of Project Management methodologies

·        Analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Proficiency using collaboration / office automations tools such as Office 365 or similar

·        Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively among cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
