Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the company's network, servers, and other IT infrastructure components
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers and network equipment
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and functioning properly
• Collaborate with other team members to implement new technology solutions
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and training
• Document and maintain technical procedures and system configurations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
• Strong knowledge of network and server administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with network security and firewalls
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSA) are a plus
