Job Description

A Nurse Coordinator is responsible for managing nursing scheduling for new and existing patients. They complete the nurse scheduling process and assist with any rescheduling or communication between our nurses and patients. Our purpose is to always advocate for our patients by providing an excellent experience from intake to infusion.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience in home infusion setting
• Minimum of two years’ experience in nurse coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred but not required
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Knowledge of local and federal insurance regulations and HIPAA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to frequent change
• Willingness to learn new functions
