Infusion RN

Location: Pomona, California
Pay: $55.00 $65.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site

Join a compassionate and patient-centered pharmaceutical company focused on oncology care. We are seeking an experienced Infusion RN to provide high-quality treatment and clinical support to cancer patients in Pomona, CA. This is a critical role supporting infusion therapy services, venous access management, patient education, and overall care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments

• Administer medications and manage IV infusions according to MD orders and regulatory guidelines

• Monitor and maintain Venous Access Devices (VADs)

• Observe patients before, during, and after infusions, and address side effects or complications

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment protocols and self-monitoring

• Utilize pain assessment tools and implement effective pain management strategies

• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting

• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control procedures

• Participate in agency in-services and staff meetings as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing (California)

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum of 2 years of infusion nursing or acute care experience

• Strong knowledge of IV therapy, oncology infusion protocols, and patient monitoring

• Proficient in the use of infusion equipment and safety protocols

• CRNI or IGNC certification (preferred)

• Affiliation with infusion nurse associations (preferred)

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to travel locally if needed

• Physical ability to assist patients, kneel, transfer weight up to 100 lbs., and handle IV-related tasks
