About the Role
We are hiring experienced Infusion RNs to support infusion therapy services in clinics and skilled nursing settings across the Brownwood region. This role offers a steady Monday–to–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, making it ideal for nurses who value work-life balance, autonomy, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Administer IV infusions and specialty medications.

Monitor patients for response and manage infusion-related reactions.

Access and maintain vascular devices (PIVs, PICCs, ports—no line placement required).

Perform therapeutic injections (IM/SQ) as ordered.

Educate patients on therapy plans and care expectations.

Document all care accurately in the EMR and coordinate with providers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Active RN license in Texas (unencumbered).

Minimum 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (clinic or SNF preferred).

Current BLS certification.

Strong IV and vascular access skills.

Reliable transportation for local coverage within the Brownwood region.

Schedule & Flexibility

Full-Time: 3–4 shifts per week (daytime).

PRN: Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs.

Monday–Friday clinic hours (no weekends or nights).
