Peak Mobile Vascular Access is hiring experienced Infusion RNs to support patients across Tyler and the surrounding East Texas region. This is a mobile nursing role designed for clinicians who thrive independently and want to deliver high-quality care in a more flexible, field-based setting.

Position Overview

We’re seeking nurses who possess strong infusion skills, confidence in their field, and a professional, compassionate approach to patient care. Our team supports patients in a variety of home and alternate site settings, with clear routing and local assignments.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of IV infusion or specialty infusion experience

Comfortable working independently in the field

Holds an active Texas RN license

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Organized, communicative, and committed to clinical excellence
