Caring Senior Service of Sugar Land is seeking a full-time In-Home Care Agency Director to lead and grow our local office. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity ideal for someone with strong business acumen, hands-on care experience, and the ability to lead a team in a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization.

As Agency Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of local operations—from care coordination to financial performance—while building a strong, client-centered culture.   Leadership Experience:

    Minimum of 5+ years in leadership/management, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or service operations

  Hands-On Senior Care Background:
