We have caregiving opportunities throughout Southern Maryland for professionals who are passionate about helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the client's needs, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping
• Assisting with errands and transportation when applicable
• Supporting clients with their daily routines
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Providing dependable, respectful, one-on-one care

We Want to Hear From You If You:

• Have at least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Are dependable and take your schedule seriously
• Enjoy working with seniors
• Are patient, compassionate, and respectful
• Can communicate effectively with clients, families, and our office team
• Are comfortable providing care independently in a client's home

Experience with personal care, dementia care, Parkinson's care, mobility assistance, transfers, or other specialized client needs is a plus.

Flexible Opportunities

We understand that caregivers have different schedules. Opportunities may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Overnight care
• PRN / fill-in opportunities

Hours typically range from 12–40 hours per week, depending on your availability and current client needs.

Pay & Benefits

• $16.00–$19.00/hour based on experience and assignment
• $15.00/hour training pay

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Negative TB test and Basic Health Screening
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening and onboarding
