You will never start a case unprepared.

Before you work independently with a new client, we personally introduce you to the client and make sure you understand their routine, care needs, expectations, and who to contact if questions arise.

Your Schedule

We're currently looking for experienced CNAs who are available for:

• Day shifts


• Every-other-weekend rotation


• Client visits throughout Mankato and the surrounding 30-mile service area

Additional hours may also be available for caregivers interested in picking up extra shifts.

Pay & Perks

$18–$21 per hour

• Higher pay available for qualifying 2-hour weekend shifts


• Bi-weekly pay


• $200 retention bonus

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced CNAs who are dependable, compassionate, professional, and take pride in the care they provide.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification


• Previous professional caregiving experience


• Valid driver's license


• Reliable vehicle of your own


• Current auto insurance


• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study


• Availability for day shifts


• Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation


• Willingness to travel within the Mankato-area service territory


• Dependable attendance and professional communication

Experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, group homes, PCA services, or other professional caregiving settings is a plus.

Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
