Rooftop Designs LLC is seeking a dynamic In-Home Improvement Sales Trainer to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and enhancing our sales team's skills, focusing on in-home sales techniques and residential remodeling knowledge. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to in-home improvement sales and residential remodeling.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
- Design and manage mentor programs to support the professional growth and development of new and existing sales team members.
- Create and manage sales promos, contests, and incentives to motivate the sales team and drive sales results.
- Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to ensure alignment between training programs and sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to continuously improve training content and methods.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in sales training, with a focus on in-home sales and residential remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of sales statistics, promos, contests, and mentor programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others.
- High level of organizational and planning skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and workshops.
