Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand customers' needs and recommend the best home improvement solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the territory.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively sell our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Motivated self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
- Desire to grow and advance into a sales management role.
- Previous management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of home improvement products and services is beneficial but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
