Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion therapy to patients. The RN will be responsible for administering IV medications, monitoring patient responses, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe, high-quality care in a home setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed IV medications and therapies safely in the patient’s home
• Monitor patient condition during and after infusion
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and care protocols
• Document all visits and communicate with the clinical team in RN PAD software
• Maintain supplies and follow infection control procedures

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Previous IV/infusion experience required
• PIV start experience a plus
• Strong organizational and assessment skills
• Ability to lift 25lbs
