Position Overview:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by connecting with homeowners, assessing their roofing/siding/gutter needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise while helping customers protect and beautify their homes with our premium exterior products and services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to evaluate their roofing needs and provide product recommendations.
Educate homeowners on the features and benefits of our roofing, siding, and gutter materials, technologies, and services.
Prepare and present comprehensive roofing, siding, and gutter proposals, including accurate cost estimates and timelines.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities, including leads, appointments, and follow-ups, using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in roofing sales and customer service.
Pay: 100% Commission (average of $80k-$150k and beyond)
Requirements
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license
Proven track record of success in residential sales, preferably in exterior home improvement or home improvement industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
