Territory: Southeastern Massachusetts

Compensation: $85,000–$150,000+ per year

Our client, one of the nation's largest fencing contractors with over 100 locations across 35 states, is seeking a Fence Sales Consultant to join their growing team serving Southeastern Massachusetts.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to discuss fencing solutions.


• Conduct on-site consultations and property measurements.


• Prepare estimates and proposals tailored to each customer's needs.


• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed contract.


• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications.


• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of outside sales experience (in-home sales preferred).


• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


• Self-motivated with exceptional time management.


• Comfortable working in a field-based role and traveling throughout the territory.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Home improvement sales


• Fence, roofing, decking, windows, siding, or remodeling sales


• Construction or contractor-related experience
