What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement ideal)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Confidence presenting and asking for the sale in one visit
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and accountable
• Comfortable with a 100% commission structure
