About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic and driven In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present creative remodeling solutions that match their vision. This is an exciting outside sales opportunity where you'll use modern technology to design and sell premium bath products. This role serves the Grand Junction area, so local candidates who can travel within this region are preferred.

What You'll Do:

Use an iPad to deliver our dynamic sales presentation to homeowners
Attend weekly sales training sessions to continually improve your skills
Design custom bath solutions using our user-friendly software
Provide quotes and close deals with confidence and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Prior in-home sales experience is required; remodeling experience is a plus
Reliable transportation and local to the Grand Junction area
Confident public speaker with strong presentation abilities
Motivated, self-disciplined, and driven to meet goals
Independent and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment
Outgoing, personable, and naturally engaging with others

Compensation & Benefits:
