About the Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Blissful Baths, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present tailored bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position that blends technology, design, and communication to guide clients through a stress-free, inspiring remodeling experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Use an iPad to deliver a polished and effective sales presentation to scheduled leads

• Customize bathroom designs using intuitive design software

• Clearly explain pricing and close deals during in-home consultations

• Participate in weekly training to sharpen your sales skills and stay on top of industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Previous in-home sales experience (home remodeling or bath sales a plus)

• Dependable transportation and local availability

• Confidence in leading conversations and presenting to small groups

• A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude

• A warm, engaging personality and a genuine passion for helping people

Compensation:
