About the Role:

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, present customized solutions, and guide them through the buying process. This is an outside sales role ideal for someone with in-home sales experience and a strong ability to close deals during the first appointment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system

• Design customized bath solutions using our software

• Present pricing and consistently close sales

• Participate in weekly training to sharpen your sales and presentation skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Prior in-home sales experience required

• Experience in siding and roofing sales is required

• Experience in home remodeling or related industries is a strong plus

• Proven ability or comfort with closing sales in the home

• Reliable transportation and local residency required

• Confidence and professionalism in presentations

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined

• Outgoing and comfortable in social settings
