We’re currently seeking a Per Diem Caregiver to join our professional care team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Position Summary

The Per Diem HomeCare Caregiver provides non-medical, in-home assistance and companionship to elderly clients. This role offers flexible scheduling, making it ideal for compassionate caregivers looking to make a difference while maintaining a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support

  
  


• 
  

  Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with medication reminders as directed by care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if applicable)

  
  


• 
  

  Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the Care Coordinator

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience (professional or family care accepted)

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to follow individualized care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

  
  


• 
  

  CPR/First Aid certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  CNA/HHA certification a plus but not required

  
  

Compensation & Schedule

• 
  

  Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule: Per diem — flexible shifts available (days, evenings, weekends, and overnights)
