Job Description - In-House Cleaning Specialist

ORE Designs, an industry leader in architectural design and manufacturing, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented In-House Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities to a high standard of 'white glove' service. We are looking for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills 



  • Minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience required; commercial or manufacturing cleaning experience preferred.

  • Ability to understand and follow cleaning checklists and standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.  

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.


Responsibilities & Duties



  • Maintain cleanliness of all facility areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and production spaces, according to established standards, ensuring a "white glove" level of cleanliness.

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing, with a focus on meticulous detail.

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas, ensuring spotless and hygienic conditions.

  • Restock supplies and ensure all areas are properly maintained, paying close attention to presentation and organization.

  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and maintain overall facility appearance, ensuring a streak-free and polished finish. 

  • Follow safety protocols and properly handle cleaning equipment and supplies, maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

  • Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly, demonstrating a proactive approach to facility upkeep.


Additional Information



  • Consistent schedule required, late afternoon to evening hours preferred.

  • Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands.

  • All cleaning equipment and supplies provided.

  • We are hiring an in-house cleaning specialist. Therefore, we are not seeking or accepting solicitations from cleaning service providers.
