Job Title: Customer Service Rep / Billing (will train the right candidate)

Shift: 6a - 3p M-Th 6a - Noon F  

Pay: $25.00/hour (DOQ)

(Reviews: 60 days and 6 months, then twice a year, which may come with a rate increase, providing the employee meets company and performance standards)

Signing Bonus: $1500 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to liaison between our customers and The Lindgren Group. You’ll work closely with our sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure every request is handled with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to outside sales reps with customer updates, quality issues, and new opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams on special handling or shipping requirements.
• Assist with accurate and timely billing; reconcile sales orders and invoices.
• Research and resolve customer credits and complaints.
• Cross-train in order entry, shipping, quoting, and expediting.
• Manage accounts directly, including site visits and reviews when needed.
• Identify and refer new business opportunities to the sales team.
• Contribute to a culture of dependability, teamwork, and customer-first service.

What We're Looking For

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED (preferred), strong computer/data entry skills, and prior customer service experience.
• Skills: Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills; ability to stay professional with diverse personalities.
• Technical Ability: Comfortable reading blueprints, drawings, and finish specifications.
• Dependability: Reliable attendance is essential — we need team members we can count on!
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move 1–50 lbs. as needed.
• Language: Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
• Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US
