Job Title: In-House Lead Recruiter


Location: Remote
Pay: $25 Hourly + commission
Earnings Range: $60k-$70k+
Job Type: Full Time

The Role


As an In-House Lead Recruiter, you'll take ownership of driving the full recruitment strategy at SafeStreets for a wide range of hiring needs, including corporate, operational, and Human Resources roles. Your mission is to lead sourcing efforts, perform candidate screening and interviews, and select top-performing talent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our teams by building strong pipelines, refining hiring processes, and ensuring we attract and retain high-impact professionals.

Responsibilities



  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions, using job boards, resume mining/headhunting, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs across departments.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, cultural alignment, and technical competencies.

  • Execute hiring decisions based on the ability to identify and select the best candidate.

  • Provide timely updates and feedback to regional managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to facilitate onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in technical and corporate recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of HR functions and the ability to assess candidates’ technical knowledge, compliance expertise, and cultural alignment.

  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
