As our In-House Licensed Counselor, you will be a vital resource, providing confidential counseling services, developing and implementing mental health initiatives, and offering guidance to support the overall health and productivity of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential short-term counseling and support to employees dealing with a range of personal and work-related challenges.


• Develop and deliver wellness programs, workshops, and resources focused on mental health, stress management, and work-life balance.


• Offer guidance and consultation to management on supporting employee well-being and addressing behavioral health concerns in the workplace.


• Serve as a liaison to external mental health resources and employee assistance programs (EAPs).


• Contribute to creating a supportive and stigma-free environment around mental health within the company.


• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.


• Active and unrestricted license to practice counseling in Texas (e.g., LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist).


• Proven experience in providing counseling services.


• Strong understanding of mental health and wellness principles.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a larger team.


• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate or organizational setting.


• Experience developing and delivering wellness or mental health programs.
