Job Summary:


We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated In-House Reconstruction Technician to join our Manchester team. This role is perfect for someone with a construction background who takes pride in quality workmanship and values being part of a team that makes a real difference.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform hands-on reconstruction tasks including drywall, framing, flooring, trim, painting, and general carpentry

  • Assist with demolition, clean-up, and site prep as needed

  • Follow detailed work orders and job scopes to complete projects efficiently and accurately

  • Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized at all times

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service

  • Document progress and communicate clearly with the Project Manager and team



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or carpentry preferred

  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening



Preferred but Not Required:



  • IICRC certification(s)

  • OSHA 10/30 Certification

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
