In-House Videographer

Job Description - In-House Videographer

Role Summary

iProv is hiring a videographer who leads with a story before they lead with a shot. If you can walk into a room, find the angle that makes a piece land, plan the shoot around that goal, and deliver it on deadline every time, keep reading.

How This Role Fits Into the Organization

iProv is a digital marketing agency in Little Rock, Arkansas, and we help people who help people. We partner with nonprofits to raise money, build awareness and tell the stories behind their missions through websites, search, paid ads, email and video. We take pride in our work, because when our clients succeed, their communities do too.

Video is becoming a bigger part of how our clients tell their stories, from fundraising event appeal videos to social reels, and we are bringing that work in-house. This role sits at the center of it.

Core Responsibilities

Walk into every project with a story question before a shot list. Find the narrative, then plan the shoot around it.
Shape creative direction from the start: define what a piece is for, what it should make the viewer feel or do, and how the production serves that goal.
Produce fundraising event appeal videos: the story that plays before the ask at a gala or fundraiser and moves a room to give.
Produce and edit long-form video: case studies, brand stories, client spotlights, testimonials and educational content.
Capture and edit short-form, vertical, social-first video: reels, TikTok-style clips and quick-turn social content.
Plan every shoot and edit backward from the delivery date, flag risks as soon as you see them, and keep the team informed well before anything slips.
Manage multiple projects and clients at the same time without dropping deadlines.
Work with the marketing team so every video fits the broader campaign strategy.

Required Qualifications

A portfolio that shows both long-form storytelling and short-form or reel work. We evaluate both.
A proven ability to find and shape a narrative, not just frame what is in front of you.
Strong pre-production instincts: you define what a piece is for before you pick up a camera.
Experience shooting and editing vertical, social-first content.
Fluency in professional editing software. Use whatever you are most comfortable working in.
You plan shoots and edits backward from the delivery date, and when a risk appears, you flag it early, not on the due date.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Nonprofit or fundraising video experience
Agency experience
Motion graphics or basic animation
Photography alongside video
Color grading beyond basic correction
Familiarity with how video supports SEO and content strategy
Experience interviewing people on camera and putting them at ease

The Details

Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 per year
Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid, Little Rock, Arkansas
Reports to: VP of Product

How to Apply

Apply with your resume and put a link to your portfolio or reel at the top of it. We need to see both long-form and short-form work. Then, in your cover letter or application answers, tell us the story behind one piece in two or three sentences: what was the goal, what did you find in the subject that shaped it, and how did that change what you made?

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
