Injection Molding Process Technician - Positive Work Culture

As an Injection Molding Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

**This role is on 3rd shift**

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production and BOM specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and apply corrective actions to minimize ongoing issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding machines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience with injection molding or plastic manufacturing
• Great computer literacy - Microsoft Office and ERP
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for processing and robotics
• Tooling knowledge
