In-Market Sales Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent experiences.
- Bachelor's degree and residency in the Chicago area.
- Minimum three years of resort hotel sales experience.
- Familiarity with Delphi, Amadeus Advance, Salesforce, and/or CVent.
- Assertive, outgoing, and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceed budgeted group room revenues and personal booking targets through booking definite and tentative group business.
- Conduct daily prospecting for new business and engage in weekly outbound activity objectives.
- Maintain regular office hours and handle other assigned tasks as required.
