As our manager who oversees inpatient care, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals while working closely with a great CNO. No more waiting for approvals from endless management layers – you'll have the autonomy to implement your ideas and see their impact in real time.

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and managing inventory, staffing, and more. With your expertise and our supportive environment, you'll have the chance to shape processes, optimize workflows, and continuously improve our performance.

What You'll Bring:

• 2 years of hospital floor nursing experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• A bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
• Current RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
