Inpatient Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem) – Seattle Eastside/Kirkland, WA

EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA is recruiting for an Inpatient Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our exceptional, expanding Palliative Medicine team. Join a dynamic group of Palliative Medicine providers and interdisciplinary team members in a Seattle-area healthcare system recognized as a local leader in serious illness and end-of-life care.

Job Duties:

Provide Inpatient Palliative Medicine consultations and follow-up visits for hospitalized adults.
Work with our vibrant interdisciplinary Palliative Medicine team and collegial hospitalists, intensivists, specialists, and hospital staff.
Participate in a close working relationship with EvergreenHealth’s hospice providers and staff.
Take advantage of abundant opportunities to advance Palliative Care locally, statewide, and nationally.
