Position: Inpatient Rehab Medical Director

Location: Missoula, MT

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Independent Contractor or Employed)

Seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to serve as Medical
Director for10-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation unit. This leadership role
offers the opportunity to guide a high-performing rehab team in a supportive
environment while enjoying a flexible schedule and the natural beauty of the
Northern Rockies.

• Oversee the inpatient acute rehab
  unit in collaboration with the Program Director and clinical team
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital
  policies, CMS regulations, and Joint Commission standards

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with active Montana
  medical license (or ability to obtain)
  
• Board Certification required
  (PM&R preferred, but open to other specialties with inpatient rehab
  experience)
  
• Strong leadership, communication,
  and team-building skills
  
• Experience in inpatient rehab or
  related post-acute care preferred
