Inpatient Rehabilitation Chief Nursing Officer

Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Salary: $150,000

This is a unique opportunity for a nursing executive with inpatient rehabilitation experience to step into a key leadership role within a specialized rehab hospital environment. This position requires a leader who understands the nuances of rehab care delivery and can drive both clinical excellence and operational performance.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services
• Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and clinical outcomes within an inpatient rehab setting
• Lead and develop nursing teams while fostering a strong, collaborative culture
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Partner with executive leadership to drive performance, quality, and patient satisfaction

What You Bring

• RN required
• Minimum 1+ year inpatient rehabilitation experience required (2+ years strongly preferred)
• Prior nursing leadership experience (Director level or above preferred)
• Strong operational and clinical leadership skills
• Ability to lead in a specialized, outcomes-driven rehab environment
