Inpatient Scheduling and Onboarding Specialist

• Monday-Friday, business hours
• Full Time

• Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules for Inpatient Services.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure schedules meet clinical needs.
• Provide training and oversight on scheduling systems.
• Track and report staffing trends to leadership.
• Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks 

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
• Effective English communication skills, both spoken and written
