Compensation: $750 – $1,000 per week + Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time options available

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team at our Broadway office. Your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent. This role is ideal for a professional who is highly organized and excels at evaluating candidates through face-to-face interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates and review resumes to identify the best potential fits for our open positions.
• In-Person Interviews: Lead face-to-face interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and professional experience.
• Candidate Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent and professional communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment cycle and meet staffing goals.

• On-Site Presence: Must be able to conduct interviews and manage tasks in person at our Manhattan office.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
