In-Room Dining Supervisor

Description

The Windsor Court seeks a highly motivated and experienced In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all supervisory duties of the Room Service department and assuming managerial responsibility in the absence of the Room Service Manager. The Supervisor will ensure that all Room Service personnel fulfill their job functions appropriately and address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the Room Service department in the absence of the Room Service Manager

- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

- Ensure that all Room Service personnel fulfill their job functions appropriately

- Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner

- Ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely and accurate manner

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Train and develop Room Service personnel

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverage or Hotel industry is required

- Supervisory experience is preferred

- The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule

- The candidate must have excellent customer service skills

- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The candidate must be computer literate

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
