Inside Medical Sales

IAHCP is looking to expand our Inside Sales Team. This is a unique opportunity to join an organization that is offering a generous 40k base, uncapped commission, and an exciting, professional work environment. Expected first year earnings at goal is 85k.

You must have a charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. This is a career, not just a job. We are looking for people to grow with our organization, establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must Have the Ability to:
Work from 9AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday and additional if necessary to meet goal
• Make sales presentations via telephone
• Speak in a clear professional manner to highly educated medical professionals
• Stay focused on the sales pitch provided by management
• Overcome objections, close business
• Meet or exceed all performance goals
• Be Aggressive, persistent, and resilient

Specific qualifications include:
• College degree a must
• Inside Sales/medical sales experience a must
• Proven track record of success in previous employment will be verified
• Strong desire to build a sales career and grow within an organization
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong communications skills – strong writing and verbal skills
