Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with phone and will-call sales of HVAC parts and supplies, with no cold calling involved.
• Receive and process requests for quotations, orders, and lead times via phone, fax, and email.
• Follow up with customers regarding pricing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with manufacturers to obtain current lead time information and customer delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with outside sales team to address customer-related needs and provide exceptional service.
• Educate customers about product technology, features, and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment.
• Ability to successfully sell products and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at multiple levels.
• Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Epicor Eclipse/Solar.
• Knowledge of HVAC products and industry.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
