We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who’s ready to smile, dial, and close. This role is all about relationship-building, recovering unsold opportunities, and helping homeowners say “yes” to services that keep their families safe and comfortable. You’ll be the vital link between the customer and our techs, helping us turn warm leads into long-term loyalty.

Your Mission:

  • Call warm leads daily — unsold repair and replacement estimates are your goldmine.
  • Close the deal over the phone with confidence, empathy, and urgency.
  • Build trust by overcoming objections and offering flexible financing options.
  • Be the go-to resource for our techs and outside sales reps — help get the sale across the finish line.
  • Follow up like a pro: phone, text, email — whatever it takes to reconnect.
  • Make happy calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Track all activity in ServiceTitan CRM and keep your follow-ups organized
  • Be ready to make 65+ calls per day — we’re not shy about working the phone!

What Winning Looks Like:

  • 2–2.5 closed deals per week.
  • $150K in monthly closed sales.
  • All unsold leads contacted within 24 hours.
  • Multiple contact attempts across multiple days and platforms.
  • A growing pipeline and stronger relationships every single day.
